Our story in Eldoret
Noodle Record Winter exists because upcountry sites were being quoted three-day response times and getting five.
We run a workshop in Eldoret, two stocked vans and a fixed weekly route that takes in Kitale on one day and Iten with Kapsabet on another, which means a fault at a hotel in Iten is a scheduled visit rather than an expedition.
Hospitality clients make up much of the work, and their equipment has to be right on Friday evening, not on Tuesday morning.
